Get Fresh Dietitians

For people wanting optimal nutrition, Get Fresh Dietitians provide the best support. We don’t just set a plan for you, we help you create your own and help you see it through.

Get Fresh Dietitians was established in 2016 and delivers Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Nutritionist services by Ebru Holman, Brett Holman and Sophie Gray.

Ebru is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) who completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2012. Ebru has since provided people with nutrition care across the public hospital and community health settings and has been passionately building her private consulting services since 2012.

Brett is a Chef and an APD who completed his Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics 2012. Brett began delivering nutrition care across the public hospital and community health settings and then private services in partnership with Ebru.

Sophie is an APD who completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2018. Sophie then joined with Get Fresh Dietitians to provide nutrition consulting services, with a goal to become a diabetes educator as she has a strong interest in this area.

At Get Fresh Dietitians, we will work with you to assess your nutritional requirements and help you translate scientific health and nutrition information into practical advice. Food is used to assist you in meeting your everyday nutrition goals and/ or as a form of Medical Nutrition Therapy to manage health conditions and diseases. Common conditions that we treat include overweight and obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, kidney disease, thyroid disorders, gastrointestinal diseases and disorders as well as eating disorders and malnutrition.

If you have concerns about maintaining good nutrition and a healthy weight, you have good reason! Obesity has taken the lead for cause of premature death and illness in Australia.
