What is Fitness Passport?

Fitness Passport is a corporate health and fitness program providing its members and their families with access to fitness facilities close to their home and work. Ask your employer if your work place has access to Fitness Passport.

How to gain access to Your Life Fitness Centre

Once you have completed your sign up process with Fitness Passport, visit our reception team or sign up via the form below to gain access to our centre. You will need your Fitness Passport card (with the membership & barcode number) as well as photo identification (Driver’s Licence or Proof of age card). You will need to purchase a gym tag in order to access the centre, this will also give you 24hr access. You will need to do this at reception. The cost of an access tag is $39 each or $25 each for two or more purchased at the same time for families.
